[Scale-announce] A bribe for your opinions on SCALE!

We got some good feedback on SCALE 3x, but we'd like to hear from more
of you.
As an enticement, all that submit (or have submitted) their input to us,
will be eligible for a drawing for a pass to USENIX's April show in
Anaheim.  The pass is worth $650.
